Stressed calves often times have reduced rumen function from not eating or abrupt changes in the diet they are being fed. The yeast culture and B vitamins in Beef-lyx help stimulate appetite to maintain intake when cattle hesitate to consume receiving rations. Palatable feeds are more likely to be consumed by sick animals or those unaccustomed to consuming from feed bunks. Beef-lyx is highly palatable with yeast culture and a high level of molasses solids.
